Return & Exchange Conditions
Return & Exchange Period
You may return or exchange your product within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided that the item is in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact.

If the product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
If the product received is different from the description or not the item you ordered.
Cases Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
Products that have been used or modified in any way.
Products missing their original packaging or with damaged packaging.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
If you would like to return or exchange a product:
Contact our customer service team or email us with your order number and details of the issue. Photos of the product may be required.
Your request will be reviewed within 3 business days, and we will contact you to complete the process.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return or exchange is due to an error on our side (such as a damaged or incorrect product), BLACK F will cover all shipping costs.
If the return is due to a change of mind or no longer wanting the product, additional shipping fees may apply.
Refunds
Once the return is approved, the full amount will be refunded using the original payment method within 7–14 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

Standard Warranty Policy
All BLACK F products include a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects under the following conditions:
The warranty covers malfunctions or issues caused by manufacturing defects only.
The warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, breakage, water damage, improper handling, or tampering with the product.
Proof of purchase (order number) is required to claim the warranty.
BLACK F reserves the right to inspect the product to verify that the issue is caused by a manufacturing defect before approving the warranty claim.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the product will be repaired or replaced at the store’s discretion.
The warranty does not cover consumable accessories or damages occurring after delivery.
Golden Warranty Policy – Applicable to Selected Products
At BLACK F, we value customer satisfaction and provide a Golden Warranty on selected products under the following terms:
Customers may request a return within 7 days from the delivery date if there is an issue or if they are not satisfied with the product.
To qualify for a return, the product must be in its original condition with all accessories included and the original packaging in brand-new condition without damage or signs of use.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the packaging is damaged, opened in a way that affects the product condition, or not in its original new condition.
The customer is responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs unless the issue is caused by the store or due to a manufacturing defect.
Once the returned product is received and inspected to ensure it meets the return conditions, the refund or exchange process will be completed within a reasonable timeframe.
BLACK F reserves the right to reject any return request that does not comply with the Golden Warranty Policy.
